Lee Gale Gruen (she uses "Lee Gale" as her first name) started acting 11 years ago after retiring from her long-time career as a Probation Officer.  Since then she has appeared in commercials, television, community theater, music videos, print jobs, voice-over jobs, short films and live-interactive roles.  She portrays various patients at UCLA Medical School as part of student training.  She was one of six backup exercise/dancers in "Jane Fonda's Prime Time Firm & Burn" 2011 exercise DVD, and was the oldest contestant in a fitness pageant.  Her transition to becoming an actress in her senior years has been written about in Time Magazine (Aug 15, 2005), and the Los Angeles Times newspaper (Sept. 12, 2006).
